Can anybody recommend a good place to get a stainless silencer fitted in CHCH? I'd like to get it professionally done by someone who knows a bit about these things. It's just a plain stainless Zorsts brand silencer. Cheers:-)

Does it not have the conecting pipe/bolt on or is it not for the SV?

Isn't there a place advertising in the yellow pages that do pretty much just bike exhusts? under motorcycle parts.

It's a 2nd hand job that I bought off a workmate whose brother had a couple fitted to a VF Honda I think. I just bought that right hand one from him. The SV pipe needs to be cut and the new one grafted on somehow. I'd like a nice job, preferably a removable slip-on type arrangement if possible. BTW sefer, I'll check out the yellow pages. Thanks for that. I'm sure there must be someone who can do what I need. Cheers guys:-)

try motorcycle exhaust specialists (hanmer springs phone number i think) 03 3157988. They do a good job.

I think that they're the outfit that actually make Zorsts? I'd not thought of giving them a yell. Yep they're up Hanmer way somewhere. Would prefer something in town tho. I'll see what TonyB comes up with 1st.
