Lol would lend you the rebel except for the fact that it's in Hamilton, isn't registerd in NZ yet and doesn't run. Can always come in the cage mate.

Not entirely sure as I only glanced at the flyer for it while at the tat shop in The Cruise Deck. Will check again though.

I read the calendar and it's says the Motorcycle show is on at the Tauranga racecourse which is on Cameron Rd, at Greerton. Can anyone please clarify. :spudwhat:

Could be at Cameron Rd. New to the area so didn't even know there was a race course there. But as I said, I'll check again tomorrow after work. I'll just walk to the bike shop next to work tomorrow and see if they have any info. Also ask them what they've heard about my tyres.

Yep just past Countdown on the opposite side, we all could probably meet up and ride there if there are more than 2 going.

This is run by the Flithy Few. Unless they have changed, they were a bad bunch that got into P and drug dealing. They had also taken over a few of the other bike "Gangs" at that time. The ones I have meet at Poker Runs were not to bad, but definitely HD boys. If you're into Custom HD's you should be right, but I'd rather go to the One Night Stand.

Hmm.... Well there are only a few peaple on here that I never want to see and they know who they are. So nah not invite only.
But I think I'm gonna have to go with my original plan and have you folks bring your own food. Luckily for those that are comming from out of town, the mall we are meeting at afterwards also has 3 grocery stores in it lol.

Just to clarify, do peaple want to go on sunday or saturday?

Yup at the racecourse on Cameron Rd and the place we are meeting at before the show is the Countdown just up Cameron Rd from the racecourse.

Does anyone know who has the "HAGA" plate on their bike? - Just passed me the other side of the Kaimias this morning.
Wife was at work, kids still in bed so I went for a whirl - 3 times up and down the other side. :2thumbsup
Truckie watching me from the Rest area at the top must've thought I lost the plot (can't see the HUGE smile inside the helmet).

My bike is pretty ugly at the moment man, all rusty with one rear indicator half fallen off and the other missing the yellow lense.

Not much to look at but sounds wicked as lol.

BTW, I'll still be going to the show and such but the BBQ afterwards is gonna have to be canceld. Moving the rest of my stuff over from Hams to the new place on Selwyn Rd that weekend, but if any one is up for a fang up and down the Hams side of the Kaimais for a bit afterwards, I'de be keen.

Waylander
5th February 2006, 11:13
Damn my internet for fucking up. Couldn't update info the other day after my computer crashed and then couldn't get online all day yesterday.

Anyway, forgot what time I had said to meet up so thought I'd said nine and showed up. No one else there obviously heh. Some nice bikes there, didn't get any pictures though but I'm sure som of the others that went have some.

Anyway, think I might head back over and see if anybody is still there. If not and you folks are up for a ride over the Kaimais give me a buzz at 021 160 63 eight zero. If I'm on the bike though there is almost no hope of me answering a call so text would probably be best lol.

DingDong
5th February 2006, 12:06
hehe, I forgot too, I went at 8:45... no Waylander so caught up with Saul and some others and caught some action with the cam.
Went back to the show at 10:30 and still no Waylander so I headed home.

I met one of the tamaki brothers who was near his son doing the airbrushing.
And I missed out on the bike coz the lady who said she would save it for me sold it without telling me and then the auction disappeared from trademe so I rang up to see what the story was, Fuck :angry2:
