Salutations from Brisbane!

Why from Brisbane you ask? Because that's where this kiwi has been trapped for the last 18 months. However I'm about to come home and so I thought I'd say hello and hopefully catch up with some of you in the future. I have a pressing question re importation of bikes in the sport bike (I think) part of this forum.

I got my bike licence over here ( over 30? Straight on to a 650cc would you believe in Queensland.) Now I have to psyche myself up for riding in the wind and freezing rain. I haven't been cold since I left NZ but personally I think riding in 35 degrees plus is just as bad.

Hey Janno how come you are leaving Brisbane? Is it not the place to live? I was wondering about applying for a job there myself but currently the cons outweigh the pros.

Yeah good question Merv... I came back and have been trying to get back there ever since, shoulda just stayed.
