Why the hell would you want to leave the Isle of Man? No speed limits, a box seat to watch the TT and being neighbours with Jeremy Clarkson?

Mad I tells ya, MAD!!!!!

Just about to change I fear, safety Nazis all over the feckin place, and belive it or not the TT course becomes boring after a while, and most of it has speed limits on it anyway.... I want to ride the Coromandel loop a few times, and the road to glenorcy vfrom Queenstown:woohoo:

All in all we are ready for a change.... not getting any younger:shit:

Welcome. NZ will be everything you hoped it would be. The people are great (mostly) and the riding is fantastic. The weather is ok most of the time and you can ride all year round (even in the deep south).

KIA ORA is an acceptable greeting for most New Zealanders. (Pronounced KEY ORA). But if they are OLD and WHITE you might have to use Hi or hello as some of the really old farts are taking a bit o time to get to grips with our (thats all of our heartage not just the Bros or the honkies) heratige. If its someone you know well then try Kia ora bro (as in brother).

G'day from an(other) ex-Pom. The Tauranga district is really nice - not far from where I live and I'm over there on business a fair bit. Great biker pub (Okoroire) complete with geothermal hot pools and a golf course not that far away. You will also be not far from motorcycling Nirvarna, the Coromandel Peninsula; or East Cape, come to that. You're in for a treat!

Welcome to the Tauranga area, you won't be disappointed.

If you need someone to babysit those MV's for you when they get here, until you can get your shit sorted out, I'll take good care of them for you.:blip:

Just like Mt Panorama at Bathurst. 70km/h down Conrod straight? Bah! :crybaby:

Ah well, you couldn't chose better than Aotearoa. Bring a Manx cat so we can have a laugh eh?

Congrats on the job and all the best moving yourself and your steeds over here. Hamilton's not too far from Tga so it's likely we'll see you around.

Juan: Welcome, we just had a reformed Pom start work with us (in Tauranga) he bought his bike over with him in the container of other household guff. I'll grill him a bit more about what is involved if you like.

Coronet peak access road actually... road was great when I went up it last year as just resealed it. But its not so nice now... pot holes and all... So just have to find out when they are going to reseal it again.

Of Course. Didn't think it looked quite right.
Great roads down there. Scenery is pretty choice too.
