I took my Sister in law out for a blast on the RF yesterday - up Old Korth, to Kaukop, across to 17, down to Coatsville/Riverhead Hwy and home to Kumeu.
She used to date a guy that raced bikes, but hasn't been on one for a while, but she was the ultimate pillion. Knew exactly what to do, when and how. I never really kew she was there, didn't alter the handling of the bike at all. It makes a HUGE difference compared with other, even experienced pillions I've had.
Next time we catch up we'll be doing the same thing, but I have to admit it might be fun to ask my wife if she's ok for me to take her sister for a ride...

Im in the same boat mate. Taking my sis-in-law to BOS in a few weeks time :)
Shes small and easy on the eye and being light makes hardly any difference on the Gixxer :)
Wifey doesn't mind either ;)

Yeah its always good having a pillion that knows what they're doing. Watch out your wife doesn't get jealous or suspicious mate (is her sister hot?) as it would make the situation worse. Stranger things have happened.

Good pillions are fantastic. Shelley (partner) has it sussed. She just follows me into a corner. If we need to lean a little more i know i can trust her to come with me. The first time she went on a bike i was told she had been on heaps before. It was a lie but i didn't know it. So i went for it up highway 65 for a bit. When we stopped she said "ooh its just like a rotor only faster, I love it."
That was the start of a beautiful thing. Now we go blasting as often as we can. Ahhhhh a woman that likes bikes, motorsport, rallys, and all that goes with it is bloody hard to find. Luck was smiling on me that day.

Don't ditch your woman just for a hot sister.
Take them both :Punk:

From the same family?
I don't think they mind.
Actually, I believe they don't mind.
The rule only says you cannot marry someone from your own family.

met one of these the other day, shes been on my bike every day since, bonus is that in my case she gives good massages (back and other unmentionables) while commuting through the traffic, and theres no one to tell us off either way - gonna miss it when she goes back to wellington in a couple of weeks.

Actually she is great for someone who wanted nothing to do with bikes. Speed doesn't worry her, but when lean angles get to 30 degrees or more, or in fast transitions she gets a little miffed.
She's even getting used to the odd wheelie.

The best pillion I've had on the bike is my youngest son, because he doesn't move at all, and he weighs next to nothing, so it's like ThePillionThat'sNotAPillion. Next son is the AutoPilotPillion - he looks through each corner, so I don't even have to steer - just leave it up to him.
But, I prefer the vifferbabe: she has got really good at being a pillion, and moves back on straights to give me room, whereas on really twisty stuff she snuggles up close to help centralise the mass. Plus she gives me unexpected hugs and other signs of affection, the most unexpected of which was when I got 'done' for 32 km/h over the limit on the FahrtSturm. She didn't say a word, not an "I told you so!", nor a "You naughty, naughty boy!" Just a big hug. She said afterwards she knew I'd be feeling stink about it.
The vifferbabe also doesn't freak out (now) about the occasional wheelie or whatnot; when I say, "Uh... did you notice we were on one wheel for a while there?" she'll say, "Yeah - I thought that's what it was." A far cry from when excessive speed would get me a sound shoulder-beating.
The latest pillion niecty from the vifferbabe is planning an Easter weekend trip away.
