New Sprocket ??? K4 Gsxr

can anyone give me some advice on getting a rear sprocket for my GSXR K4 1000,
reason! i want slower lift capability, ie at much slower speeds,
does anyone have a useful advice, maybe someone who has been down this track, and i guess i have to get a new chain??

Just dropped mine 1 tooth in the front . Excellent still 260+ top end . Only speedo out 10k fast .
