Where is this Bra fence?

I heard them talking about it on the radio here on Ontario. Some resident in NZ is protesting it because it's causing traffic jams and people are stopping to take pics of all these bra's hanging on the fence.

Big long fence too... it had to be reinforced a couple of years back coz of the number of bras left there. It's something I encourage all women to do .... get down south and get their gear off....:shifty:
