Does your mate do extractors 4-1 all the way from the engine?

hmmm.... I'll have to have a look at it sometime and get my friend to make me one... (mine will be easier since there's only one cylinder). Mine kinda needs replacing due to the nice slide on the footpeg and exhaust (which could have a gaping hole in it)

Road Rash, you should get him to make you a ride height adjuster for the back end.

Nice can, you should try to get your mate to knock you up a couple of heel plates too.

Road Rash: Can you take a pic of the inside of the pipe? see pic with point lines...

Just wanting to see a pic to see how wide the actual 'hole' from the pipe is where the muffler ends

Hey all my flat mate is up in auckland studying at the mo for about three weeks so prob wont see him for a while.

Zero index, its 2inch perferated tube inside a 4 inch barrel and the perferated tube is rapped in fibre glass, the end that comes out the end is just over 2 inches

meaning that the 2" tip at the end doesn't have a smaller hole inside the exhaust? if so, that is cool... do you have a pic of the section i'm talking about?

Nah it doesent, the end angles into the inside of the pipe and the peferated tube goes onto that. Battery on the camera is dead ot the moment. I think this is what your talking about

right on the money what i was talking about... *see pic and answer 'yes' if this is pretty much how the exhaust is designed* (have a bit of knowledge in straight-through exhausts - friend makes them...)

-light blue would be the 2" perforated pipe inside the barrel (which i gather is 4")
