Learner plate signs, need quick answers please

hey all
I know i have left this a bit late, my bad, but anyway
sitting my R licence tomorrow, just got some L plates, and got a few Q's.

Do you need them on the front and back??
do they have to be on the bike?, or can i strap one on my back or somthing?
anybody know of a good place to have one on a CBR 250r? on the back that is.

The easiest thing to do is to drill a hole through a corner and attach it at the same place where your registration is. You just need the one plate on the back. have fun! :)

but if its only attached at the top, wouldn't it blow around

No. Or you can use velcro or duct tape to attach.
