i had my first experience of someone pulling out on me today, was riding home from school, turned corner going 40-50k, and stupid ute pulls out on me, so i slam on the stoppers (worked pretty good, im happy to say), then SHE yells F* SLOW DOWN at ME!!! she pulled out on ME!!! Restrained using the finger, as I'm generally a nice person, and concentrating on moving away from said stupid driver. No damage to self or bike, so yay.

Lucky you are ok!. I got tboned by a volvo at 60kph with a South Korean driver on an international licence that couldn't read or write english. Wasn't the nicest experience...got to see a couple of my own bones sticking through the skin though while lying on the road like a mangled Mr Potato Head toy.

Yep, you have to ride like everyones out to kill ya!

BUT I now have airhorns on my bike and this morning I was cut of by a 4x4 so he got an ear-full, the look on his face was priceless, he came to a complete stop in the middle of the road so I was able to flick a finger in his face as well! Made my day a little bit better....

yeah, sadly we do. First set of traffic lights a couple of months ago, so unnecessary, on a one way bridge. Just destroys the friendly 'thanks for letting me go' wave thing.

Just make sure you get someone or that you know how "electronics" work, you'll need to get a fuse and some wire from Dick Smith or somewhere similar or you'll blow the horns up when you use them.... You also need to find somewhere to attach them inside your fairing, but somewhere that still allows you to turn etc..

I wouldn't have refrained from the finger - or from telling the silly slapper her parentage, personal habits and sexual vices. I'd've made sure the silly bitch knew that I am within my rights to travel at up to 50km/h in a 50km/h zone and silly slappers are not allowed to pull out in front of oncoming traffic - nor is anyone else for that matter.

Had to do an emergency stop one day in a narrow street when this dick pulled a U-turn right in front of me and blocked my lane and most of the other lane. The bike made an impressive sound when she stopped then I cranked up the visor and let rip even more impressively. Discussed his IQ in simple terms I figured he might understand (if he remembered them long enough to ask someone about them later). I wonder if he will u-turn with the sun behind him ever again...

yeah, i think that might be the way to go. but like str8 jacket said, you gotta unforunatly ride like everyone is trying to hit you off, man it sucks, when it comes to that

.....and I get the same twat cagers trying to knock my MPV off road too.....I am safer granted but the point I am making is that it is not just us bikers who are subject to the 'cager ragers'

1. Ensure you get the angle right else the wing mirror will hurt your hand/wrist. I recommend carbon knuckle thingeys.
2. Toe sliders. Need I elaborate?
3. Most cars have side intrusion beams in the doors and a fairly rigid door panel, which means an altercation with a boot does not always dent the panel. If a dent is what is required, I recommend the front guard just between the wheelarch and headlight.

Not that I know anything about any of this, I'm just guessing.
