Humm the old tight corner slow shot , Camera happy mate here showed me how to do this type of shot as the back ground tells the real story I believe .

Whilst I yield to your demonstrated superiority off the tarmac mr gravel whiskers - all i saw on the twisty tarmac leading in to said gravel was yo' ass disappearing in the rear view mirrors.

I had a Grand Canyon chasing me up SH22 on sunday - lucky he didn't fall asleep going at my speed! And yet on gravel the pace was close...

Nah, I reckon it's the rider that makes the most difference. Although I too poke fun at HD's, and it is intended in jest even though some people get a bit touchy about it, I think HD's CAN actually handle better than they're given credit for.

I've seen HD's being riden with real spirit and going real well through the twisties, and I've seen sportsbikes being riden by people that only like to go fast on the straights but are hopeless in the twisties.

I think that GENERALLY, sportsbikes are bought by people that want to ride like a bat out of hell, and GENERALLY they do quite well at it.

I also think that GENERALLY, cruisers are bought by people that want to cruise, and GENERALLY that's what they do with them.

Each to their own, both groups are happy doing their own thing, and good on them. Some people turn up at rallies on real heaps of shit (of any make), but they're happy, so who cares.

And since this thread is actually about Buells, what's my opinion? I like them, there's something animal, basic and aggressive about them, and they go well too - depending who's doing the riding.

Just my opinion - you're all welcome to yours too
