To go on the 98 gixxer600 to help make it a bit more nimble (reads easier to wheelie)

Looking to get a 50 to 56 tooth (hopefully a 52 if i can find one) and chuck it on...

It must fit a 525 chain etc

Looked around and the cheapest so far is like $100 for a blank undrilled and they don't even know if they can get one...

Also if someone has a a 14 tooth front that will also do...

Sorry can't help you but Ebay have some cool sprocket/chain kits for reasonable money. Gold ones too ;)

Yeh i was looking at that but most are centered around the k1 model onwards......

Plus i just put a new set of sprockets and chain on cause they sorta stuffed up and so i have the same ones so i just want even a second hand one to see how it feels before i spend the big moola

change the front one instead, just one tooth down = 3 up on the back
not only that they are cheap to buy , i bought mine from haldanes cost about $ 25-- used the same chain-- now its easier to lift and still has long legs---

thats what i tried to do. I am running a 46 rear and a 15 front... was going to go to the 14 front and they had one but when I went to go put it on the cock up was that it was for a 530 chain etc etc etc. So the only ones they could get in was a 15 front (smallest) and a 46 rear (biggest). Hence my search

the only thing about going smaller on the front is that it makes a tighter turn for the chain to follow which will make it wear faster.
