What is it like for you when you take a quick short local ride.
This where I go for a quick cobweb cleaning ride and back.
Round the closest lake.
Pics are;
1)West end view.
2)East end view.
3)South end view.
4)Nearly home.
5)Home again.
50km.
I never tire of it, thought I would share with you. :drinknsin Cheers John.

Guess it means more with the pictures.
Think I read somewhere you call Otematata home? Does that mean I should be visuallising a round Aviemore ride?

I used to live in Otematata many many moons ago, just cannot remember what street, not that it matters seeing how it doesn't exist anymore.

In fact I'll be passing through there next week.

The old man had a yacht and we went the water at Sailors Cutting and sailed around to the dam and back. I could well imagine some mighty fine trails to explore in that area.

Aeee Oldrider.

Heading to the HARE next Friday & a few of us will be doing the Black Forest loop Saturday. Care to join us ???

We will more than likely go Myers Pass, Kurow, Otematata, then over Black Forest & through the MacKenzie, back to the MH, gravel all the way.

Gravel's our friend you know.

Depends if you're going to the March Hare or not - if not we'll call in, if so see you there.
