3 bedroom house on small section with water views your prolly looking at something along the lines of $350,000 at the least.

won't find a house for $100,000. Place just down the road from me. Run down house, may as well rip it down. Retaining walls all collapsing. Sold for $500,000 explains why I still live at home. :mellow:


EDIT: Thats where I live. Town a bit further south its worse. Looking at 1mill for not even half decent coastal properties. Rent is utterly ridiculous, you may as well just stay living at home with mummy and daddy.

Coastal area.. Depending on what sort of view you have.. And where you were located say if it was up here.. Would prolly fetched 800 upward mark.

All based on what area you are in. But yeah. Up here your looking at 300,000 upward mark for a nice decent property in an okish area. And thats not coastal. Than again the price on coastal properties is still going up and up and up. Its crazy.

You CAN see the sea but it's 7 miles away, the setting is semi rural but I'm on SH1.
Night and Day is 600 metres away, Mobil is 300metres, have good view to the South, 80km from the city and a big-arse river good for fishing/kayaking/jet-boating/duck-shooting right there.
Lay in bed last night and timed it at 10pm - 3 minutes 40 seconds before the next vehicle came - and I'm on SH1.!!
