Hello im thinking of doing a tour of the top half of queensland, whats the work situation for temp work like over there. (ie) fruit picking, Labouring.

I've heard that they're a lazy bunch of bastards, and that it's really easy to get a job there...

apparently they say the same about us too though...so I guess it's just that the ones who stay in their home country are generally lazier than the ones who travel to the other country...or else everyone's just talking smack...

That would be about right. went there 4 times last year but never stayed long, This time could be a 3-4 month adventure. go over and crash on couches all over if posible,.

that would be great, Is it very usefull, What type of info does the book have ???? At this stage we are looking at doing the work and move around thing but it does seem hard to get information. Been looking on net and emailed a few people but no one wants to answer,
