He used to write the art colomn for Time. Don't know if he still does but he was interesting to read.

He's been the art critic for the New York Times for ever. 'the' writing gig!

The Aussie i use when my pommie mates tell me aussies don't got no cultchure.

He's kind of a hero because of that - but like most art critics he has his 'shut the f*ck up ROBERT' moments too.
