1997 Kawasaki ZX6R, F3 model.
Good condition, small crack in right lower fairing, and another by left hand mirror mount. Rear fairing paintwork is faded around rear seat, but the fairing is not damaged.
I haven't crashed it, but has been dropped twice (once was simply knocked over). Is straight, handles well.
Has two new tyres, front Michelin Pilot Sport, rear Michelin Pilot Road. Mongoose alarm system fitted. Totally stock, factory muffler etc. Vesrah Gold brake pads. Quaility chain and sprockets < 10000km old.
Well cared for, always garaged, mostly only used for commuting, never raced. I have a factory handbook, plus a Gregorys workshop manual. Always serviced with a genuine Kawasaki filter, and spectro oil. Was serviced at 32000kms, including a shim check.
This bike is for sale elsewhere. I'm buying another bike in two weeks, so I'll trade it if it's not gone. In other words, if you want it, buy it.
Test rides are acceptable with reserve as deposit, no deposit means you'll be a passenger only.
Any questions, feel free to ask.
Will try and remember to repost the slightly squashed picture :)
/edit: Check out my trademe auction, heaps of pics there!

With some of the money you should buy a new camera!
Seriously though, I've know this bike and how well imdying looks after it. Highly recommended.

Snap! Just posted in your thread. For a KBer, I'd be willing to talk. Contact details are on my tradme auction (0275). Missus is going out tonight, I'll be at another KBers around 7ish. I consider the Hayabusa to be a suitable test ride deposit

The big boat full of 40 foot containers arrives from the land of the rising son in 3 days. Add another week for assembly and delivery.... my little red sweetheart has gotta goooooo :'(

Ok, must be someone who wants a 600cc sportsbike for not much cash. You won't find a better looked after steed, and this one needs a loving home or it'll loiter in a bike shop all lonely like. Sniper never fronted to look at it after he rang, so make his loss your gain!!!

I guess that would be about $45-50 a week over 3 years? I'm not sure that a tier 1 lender would lend the full amount, but I'm no financing expert. If you're seriously interested I can investigate further.

A tier 1 one (the most reputable type like GE or Maric) lenders won't finance you the full amount. A tier 2 lender possibly would, I assume you would pay more like a 20% interest rate instead of 15%ish. If you're still interested, pm me a fax number and I'll send you an application form. If they approve you, we can take it from there.

Thats a steal, and pretty well up my alley too. But alas, the tax man is also greedy where I am from

Still waiting on the boat, and by the time it gets through customs and gets delivered to Chch and prepped it'll be another week. Estimating another 10 days before it's gone proper :weep: It's like teasing a small child with sweets. If I'd wanted a naked one, I could've had it a month ago :D
Still, gives yous guys a bit more time to cough up and steal my baby :weep:
