I'd give it a go.. looks fun.
I'd end up dead tho, and most likely take out several people with me.

RELEASE THE BALL!!!!!!

Saw that at Juipters Casino in the Gold Coast last year. Four bikes going round and round with a girl standing in the middle. VERY impressive

Can we knock out the supports and watch it roll around the warehouse? Kinda like a giant Zorb!

I remember The Globe of Death when I was a kid,it was at the Easter Show...same as the Wall of Death.

We were talking to the Wall of Death owner at Rosebank Speedway a few weeks ago, sounds like he'll be getting the show out on the road again soon.

Just saw this article in the AUT student magazine. The Weber Bros Circus is looking for some people in NZ to ride in their globe of death.

I guess that proves the skill of our local riders eh? All talk,no action....

Im not surprised they havent found anyone in NZ to do it.
I would think a necessary qualification would be balls about the size of the cage and very shiny! Great clip though.

Here's a trip down memory lane for ya. When I was about 9 or 10 I saw ramp jumping and a globe of death on "thats incredible" for the first time (Showing my age now). So monkey see monkey do I set up ramps and stuff for my 50cc Gemini mini dirtbike. The first one I did I came to absolute grief as I hadn't supported the ramp properly. Landed on my head too but it hasn't effected me much..much..much. I hate it when that happens.

My head goes round and round like that all on it's own sometimes! :blip:
Maybe it's full of little motorbikes too! :bye:

I'm putting Larriken, WT and Loosebruce forward for the gig on their behalf.

had that in the free circus at the Royal Easter show a couple of years back, was the only decent thing at the whole show and it was one of the only free things as well

They had a little 8 year old go on it that time but he only went horizontal in the globe not completly upside down

You know you'd hurt yourself but you'd have to have a go wouldn't you!
