Now i know it wouldn't be an exact fit, but i am pretty handy with a welder and have access (thanks lance ;) ) to all the tools of an exhaust shop.

No, it's not ideal as it's tuned to work on a gixxer, and if ya fark with it you'll only screw it up more.....

thats just what came standard on the bike. people say to me - hey nice carbon can. but its just black steel... and heavy. and as i say, a bit tired with all the rattles its got - makes the bike sound rough and tinny when you give it a rev.

also the pipe work leaves a bit to be desired. looks like it was welded by a one handed blind man rather than a nice precise tig machine.

1. Ah... Did no-one warn you ? It's a Kawasaki ZX7R, it's not rattling, it's chewing on bits of other bikes, you'll need a muzzle for it, not an exhaust.

2. RE ugly welds, the inside of the pipe is what's important, not the outside, probably quite clean internally.

You've seen and heard my bike... and for our bikes, aside from akrapovic which was apparently the "money is no object option", muzzy is your best bet.

Muzzy was also represented as a team in the racing.

Sounds pretty good too, except I have no idea how you would get one, as mine came with the bike...

cheers dude - yeah, there is a bunch of muzzy full systems on ebay ex the states. start at abou t500 us and go up to around 900 us.
