Bike accident near Hagley Collage

Any one know about an accident this morning 6/3/06 between a bike and a van near Hagley College. Police were there measuring out the road for some time.

I'm willing to bet that the paste they use to make the collage hadn't dried fully and was still slippery,thus causing the accident.
