I went out for a stroll at lunch with tthe intention of picking something up that I needed. As I was strolling along I passed several young ladies/women and, being the normal male that I am, I happened glance their way - as a guy might do. No harm in that I thought, I wasn't being overly lavascious (sp) or lewd. Nor was I making rude comments to them or about them. One particular (peculiar) woman looked at me and grabbed her handbag up to her chest as though I'd tried to grab her breasts or something. As I was walking toward her I was quite surprised when, as she walked past, she said "Pervert" loud enogh for me to hear.

I hadn't been taking a special interest in her or looked for any more than a glance. Could be just some nutcase mentally unstable ex-patient (ex-GF some might say), but no, she looked as normal as the next person on the street. The thing is that she was wearing a low-ish cut top and she had, not large, breasts but at a guess I'd say about a C or D cup (hence the notice). She was not unattractive but not stunning either. As I continued my walk I noticed a few other women similarly attired in articles of clothing that were relatively revealing or low cut or mostly both. Not every woman was dressed this way.

My question is this;
If a woman does not want to be noticed or looked at, I assume by a man, then why would she dress in clothes that reveal her 'assets' in this way? I have no problem with a woman dressing in whatever way she wants. Surely a woman would know that by dressing, possibly provocatively, that she will attract attention.

Saying that there are many low cuts in fashion at present...boobs are showing everywhere. It is possible to think something is decent when checking the mirror before leaving home and then finding as the day goes on the top seems to show more and more! Eyes bulging and vacant slightly guilty embarrassed stares normally give me a hint that I have a clevage situation that needs adjustment.

To limit this problem (i.e when I want to be taken seriously...which is all the time at work and most of the time at play!, I pop something underneath the lowcut top so the twins do not distract others. Hey...as an empowered woman who is comfortable with her sexuality and the responsibility this entails, it's the least I can do). After all a shop keeper does not advertise goods they do not intend to hawk!

I have also found that it stops my students (male) from gathering around me when I am sitting down and asking trivial questions! lol

Maybe it is because Mothers have forgotton to teach their daughters about dressing to maximise their own shape and not fashion. I had a chat to one of the women who works here and she said that women too get offended by other women who "dress to impress" as she puts it. I went out for a stroll at lunch with tthe intention of picking something up that I needed. As I was strolling along I passed several young ladies/women and, being the normal male that I am, I happened glance their way - as a guy might do. No harm in that I thought, I wasn't being overly lavascious (sp) or lewd. Nor was I making rude comments to them or about them. One particular (peculiar) woman looked at me and grabbed her handbag up to her chest as though I'd tried to grab her breasts or something. Too many woman are dicks and think they can say and do the things they do to guys that are innocent and guys don't really say anything aye?? So if you confront her about it (i.e., excuse me? I beg your pardon? or "don't flatter yourself lady! "-), that will kick her butt big time and embarress her in front of her mate/s- who she is prolly trying to impress by doing it (i.e., making out shes hot stuff that gets attention). She might think twice about being a nob about it to someone else again.
