I've been thinking about going for a decent sprots massage for quite some time.
Has anybody here had them done?
Is it worth the money?
Where would be the best place to go for one? Physio?

I go to a mate in Devonport who's a good chiro dude.. bends you in half, hurts like hell sometimes, but fuck, feels better for it.. He found that I had a twisted pelvis that was causing me grief.

Seriously though...Polynesian spa does good massages, although they are quite expensive. If you go there, ask for Sue, she does a great job!

MissSniper is doijng a degree in Sports Massage. I love it as Im the "case study". Its very well worth it mate, just make them stay away from problem area's

Go into your local gym mate, they will have one there. You generally don't have to be a member to get it done either. Normally around half hour sessions and they cost between $30-$60/half hour

Providing you're not injured or sore - I highly recommend a Thai massage. it's a little more 'physical' than other types of massages, as they pull you around a bit. And no - there's nothing saucy about it. Other than the fact that in Thailand they sometimes massage the veins in your bollocks as well. But that's nowhere near as horny as it sounds. Honest.
