View Full Version : Cheap iPods... cancelled African Order

Hey guys - I've been offered 100 ipods at $25 each (all above board) and thought you might like one.

They're obviously a bit late for a Xmas present, but how can you go wrong for price?

Let me know if you are interested so I can get organised. They were apparently originally earmarked for the African market but are compatible with NZ PCs, all USB leads etc. There may be some additional shipping costs but I'll confirm those before order.

Sure you can. Hang onto the seabed & foreshore tho AND get it in writing.

Ok - I can see you're quite excited so I'll got through your issues slowly, making sure everything is clear

do they have an international warranty?
Hell yeah - I will happily warrant they come from somewhere international. Gees - you'll they're from out of this world...

will they work with windows 98?
Yup - they work best when standing next to the windows while they're open, but reception is ok. They're been tested with up to 200 windows and the only issues we had were with X-tra Pee. They shorted out or got really violent on us depending on the "P" we tried.

I suggest just standing outside - avoid the need for windows altogether

are they the ones that scratch all the time?
Nope - I can categorically state that any scratches you put on these puppies will never be noticed.

why isn't the itunes music store available in NZ?

Just lucky I guess.

Cool, can I make my order for 3, WITHOUT the AIDS?

I see you've been hitting the supplier's website! Those aren't hearing aids my friend - they're headphones (http://vit.pp.ru/uploads/pics/old_headphones.jpg)!

Don't feel bad - it's a common enough mistake.

Are they good at doing housework?

They sure are. You get a neck workout and somewhere to stack those pesky dishes while carting them from one room to the next.

But wait - I know it's hard to believe, but there's still more! Buy 10 sets now and... I can hardly believe this whacky offer myself... you'll get a copy of the crazy frog song, illegally downloaded from a Botswana mirror site COMPLETELY FREE

Hurry, call now - operators are waiting.

Hell yes. The small crate they come in can be used as storage for a wide variety of household objects, a reasonable sized footstood, or a dining table for a student flat.

The iPods themselves may not fit in a composed 30cmx30cm box - but if your box is that big I reckon you've got other problems.

First time buyers are very welcome - and I see you speak African so you'll be able to decode the user guides

Ok, seriously considering this my question is, what is their insured value?
And are they able to maintain thereselves in a still state while various rituals are preformed on them?
Or is this a violation of said guildelines? oh - warrenty?

Oh, yes I have a large box.

I honestly don't think you can adequately find a number that describes these in dollar terms, but I forgot to mention they actually come with an immobiliser.
Go ahead - put one on, you'll see what I mean.

And are they able to maintain thereselves in a still state while various rituals are preformed on them?
Hell yes - the manufacturer clearly states they're so reliable, and I think the term "bulletproof" is applicable (up to 50 calibre only)

Or is this a violation of said guildelines? oh - warrenty?
As above, only if field artillary is used on them, or or heavy ordinancy.

Oh, yes I have a large box.
I'm truley sorry to hear that, but I guess it does go part way to solving your storage problems. Just don't put in anything prone to warm or moist conditions
