A woman driving down the road hits an elderly Jewish gentleman and sends him flying. She instantly stops the car, grabs the travelling rug and a cushion out of the back and races over to where he's lying. She props his head up with the pillow, puts the blanket over him and asks "are you comfortable?"

He replies: "I get by."
