i was there last year...funny ..that trip cost me $170.00+gas+35 demerit points:doh:

but looks like a great track, i was flaging as there were a couple short....
there will be motards and karts.....so will it be worth the trip? it is only one day this time around and for all the traveling???????? should we leave it till may 13/14 and make a weekend out of it?... will need a tent......heater...:killingme we could get 4/5 buckets in the van....(+ a trailer???) just need seats:killingme

OK, I'll make an effort to get there on the 1st. I have a trailer that'll fit 4-5 buckets, and a van with seating for 5 including me.

Early plan is up on Saturday and stay in a motel or something and back Sunday. Any comments?

Will let you know soon if I will make it. :scratch:

Motel for me (and Skunk Control I hope).

I have a trailer and Van and figure leaving Welly around 8-9am-ish. Tiki tour up and look around.

Take food for meals with us.

Currently looking at accommodation at Taumarunui Holiday Camp ($50 a room for the first 2 adults, extra adult $12).

Who wants a lift? (The password to get on the 'K BUS' is an answer to my premix question above...)

ok... i used to use oil made in the sates at 100:1.. but i cannot remember what brand it is...
i would run around 50:1 with TTS.. or something similar... the more you pay the better the product and the less you use...

Well, I had a little accident on Friday. Cut the top of my foot open and now have a few stitches holding it shut :baby:

Anyway, I'm still keen to go but will see if I can get a boot on and then if I can get accommodation... no replies from *any* of the motels I contacted.
No wonder it's not a tourist mecca.

Hey skuck... i need a ride!!!

so if you are using a good quaility oil, About 50:1

but if your using crappy oil about 40:1.

i used to run my two stroke on 60:1 on top quality oil and never had a prob ;)

what time can i expect you at my house to pick me up .... hint hint

I run the best quality oil there is and run it at 40:1 never had any probswith thebest quality you can get you can run it at 100:1 hardly any oil tons of fuel and you wont sieze it but stick to 40:1 it the best. Ijust did a unit on oils at tech lol

Yep, got room from passengers and bikes (I'll hitch the trailer).

OK guys, I have somewhere to stay so I'm going. Don't know if I'll be racing though as the foot is not good at this stage. Still can't get boots on.

With the trailer it will be a slow trip. I'm looking at leaving Wellington about 9am Saturday.

I can give a lift to three persons. The back seat is not comfortable at all. You have been warned. Also there are no seatbelts. But there is legroom.

So, who's coming and how many bikes? You're one RG? With one bike? About 10-10.30 at your place?

Oh yeah. I got some two stroke oil for the Bucket. Cheap shit called Silkolene or something... :killingme

Big deep scratch over the top of the tank.

then all the other scratches and stuff
