When you are shopping for a used bike what is important to you?

Shop located near other bike shops?
Price vrs condition vrs age?
Is it the exact model i am looking for?
Will it do everything i want?
Shop vrs private?
Finance or cash?
No deposit finance?
Trade in value or no trade ins?
Like the sales person?
Sells accessories?

Ya should have made a mutlichoice poll... you have the maximum 10 options..

For me, I test rode until I knew which model of bike, then chose which year (could also be a period of years). Once I knew that, it was finding every bike in that category that was for sale (There were not many 7s for sale).

Once I had them, every one was reviewed, priced comparatively etc. It came down to the features of the bike, and what came with it (ie shops had warranties), and how much I valued those items... that gave a base price for each bike. Then the best choice was chosen.
