Its just an autogyro, been around since adam was a boy.....well almost.

I can see that going very wrong... Hey why dont I just hop over this que of traffic, forget the power line above me my rotos will chop them up...

Cool thing about autogyros is the rotors aren't powered. Forward movement spins them.
They handle similar to a plane, but you can't really hover...
