Hi guys

im writing to a local company to get sponsorship for racing this year.
i have spoken to the manager and he is fine with the idea but wants to have
a proposal written so it is all legal if say an audit comes along.

can anyone give me some tips on how to write one of these or maybe send me a template that someone has used before.

any help would be great.

cheers

Gotta have...

Your details,
Your goals,
Your achievments,
photos,
How you intend to help the company,
What you would like them to help you with,

Its just like a CV, Put anything in you like. Just dont suck up too much.

racey rider from NP did a write up on one he did a while back, try searchin for that else PM him.

Also link in there the coverage your reports that YOU WILL compile on here will have. Take a look at kKs reports always well written with adknowledgements *sp at the bottom to let us know who is supporting him. Could give some of his reports as examples.

this is what i did for the sponsorship i got from work:

> outline race dates times etc...
> outline costs, gas etc..
> outline what you can provide as a return from thier sponsorship.

for me, my main condition is to make sure that the sponsors logos are clear and maintained in good condition.

all in all, its only like upto a page letter.
