Haha funny you should say that cause I have had and still have a few bits of metal in me....

1 rod - Femur
3 Bolts - Holding Rod in Femur
5 pins - Holding wrist together
100mm long plate - Holding Humerus together
10 screws - Through plate in humerus right through the humerus.

I think I have a pic of me arm here somewhere?......

However,......if any of you guys have ever fallen off mid-corner on a race track and had bikes coming toward you, it is very scary. I was lucky not to have been hit by one when I highsided my RS-125 and ran off the track.
