Did a search and found nothing so if it's a repost too bad. The way these two guys go at it is unreal, and the ref's just stand off and wait for them to finish. Brilliant!

ironically, the song I was half way thru was 'I Feel Love (original club mix)' and then that finished and 'Lets Get Retarded' finished it off.. ahhhhh computer humour..

Ken Tasker was known for his fighting... There's a good clip floating around I'm sure of Tasker vs Coffin....

The Refs have a rule that they are not allowed to interfere in the fight until at least one of the players goes to ground... at that point they can break it up...

It's because a ref got caught with a punch in the mid 80s and then when he fell he had a head injury - minor league fight, but it made the rule change all the way through.

Fighting is accepted in ice hocky. Part of the game. That's nothing. you wanna see when they start useing their sticks. The 'gloves' realy come off.

Played it once at the Centaurus Ice Skating Rink. One game was enough for me. I was the smallest and youngest on the ice. You think martial arts is tough. Nothing on this game. Done both.
