Guyryder, if you want to try and take the piss out of someone, it pays not to use your own photo. Nice one Big Dave:niceone:

If I can not laugh at myself I have no right to laugh at others.

I have never been ashamed of what I look like.

What's your excuse Finn??

I wasn't referring to your looks pretty boy - I wouldn't stoop that low. I was referring to BD's comment regarding your sunglasses. The way you worded your thread implies that the photo is of me.

I'm not ugly, I've just had a very hard life.

Nice, how much did that weigh in at???

We had a young guy up here pulled in a two hundred and sixty summin or rather kg yellow tuna. Will take a photo of it sometime and post it. The tuna managed to make it onto the wall.

When do the Village People need their sunglasses back?

It's more the 'special needs person' look of the pants tucked into the socks that worries me......

When on a Contract there I went fishing with work colleagues (locals) who get these things all the time. It was one of those impromptu sort of things as I don't often go fishing "Hey Bruce, wot ya doing tomorrow, wanna come Fishing..oh yeah cool see ya there" Heading out over the reef "Jeez those are big hooks what are we fishing for?" astonished looks and big grins "Marlin or shark, and you are first up.." Took me an hour and quarter to reel it in only 500m off the edge of the reef (I aint no Mr universe). The Marshalese guys guessed it at around 200 KG (too small to weigh they reckoned). It was given to a local family (as food) who had lost their bread winner in an accident.
I felt very priveledged as I know lots of people pay big bucks to catch these things and I did it on a Sat afternoon local fishing trip.

Estimated at around 200kg isn't too bad. Thats still a decent sized fish. I can't wait til I get to pull in my first one. :woohoo:

The Marshal Islands are certainly well off the beaten track and I would not have known about it or gone there if I hadn't been sent there to work.
Odd place realy but very interesting with some rather contoroversial (recent) history. If you wanna catch Marlin then this is the place to go..
all about them HERE (http://www.rmiembassyus.org/)

I've had one trip out marlin fishing so far. Trips are paid for. And I get to take part in the tournaments. Its the joys of where I work, and live. :shifty:

Skyryder

PS Finn Just be cautious before calling me stupid as you did on the Advice for Newbie thread. That just bought you too my attention. Nothing personal. Just entertaning the troops.

I was referring to the picture of the simpleton holding the fish dumbass. Okay stupid, I'll spell it out for you. BD and Scumdog thought the picture of the guy (YOU) holding the fish, is me. Now go put some clothes on and take a look in the mirror and tell me if what you see resembles the guy in the picture (The one holding the fish)

Now whose loseing their  For someone who thinks they are ahead why are you still trying?? You seem to be taking this too personaly. That has not been my intention. You take some delight in your oneliners to other posts. I see that as part of the Kiwi Biker culture. As many do with my posts. However when you come across someone here who is 'equa'l to the game and it is a game, well for me anyway, it is you who resort to personal abuse i.e simpleton dumbarse, stupid etc. It tells all and sundry that you have lost the plot and unable to repond in an appropiate and humourous manner.

MOVE ON FINN Because I'm sure as hell are going to.

Used to do quite a bit of this, dunno where I've put the photo album. But here is one of the smaller sharks that we caught out at sea. This one I think from memoey was about a 108kg great white. I almost got the sack the next time we caught one, because i insisted that we let it go as it was still alive and in good nick...

Somehow I don't think "simpleton dumbarse" was meant as a scathing attack on your manhood Sky, it would seem you are the one tryin' too hard here.
