How do I get some motherfuckers IP address from an MSN conversation I'm having with them?

Thanks in advance my bespectacled, pocket protected friends.

If you right-click on his reply do you get a pulldown menu? If so, go to Properties. Will be there

You must be chatting or transfering a file then go to the command prompt and typ netstat. Then look for port 1863. MSN Messenger also uses port 80.

To get to the command prompt just hit start- run then type "cmd", or "command" if you are using windows 95 or 98.

Then type netstat.

When you type netstat you will see a list of DNS names and ports. This shows who is connected to your PC and by which port. Unless either of you are running through a seperate router this should work I guess. It has done for me in the past anyhoo. If it doesn't then you need some Sniffer software. Allegedly.

Then again I many or may not be full of shite.

Google is your friend.

Hmm, I saw MSTRS at Taupo and he didn't look like the pocket protector type to me.

Thanks bro.
