Unless they had a good budget I don't know how that was done. Explosives in the ground I suppose with a fancy bit of video editing. Looks good anyway.

The concussion caused by the meteor that size hitting the ground would damn near rip that guy apart as well as cause a wee bit more damage to the Dodge. I can believe its americans though cause only they would drive through a hole in the ground caused by God knows what and no way of knowing how deep it is or what dangers lie in it.
