We own our home but wish to rent a room......(Cibby is movin out to be with her hubby:msn-wink:) Modern 3brm brick and tile house in Mt Roskill.

- Large master bedroom with double wardrobe
- Plenty of powerpoints, tv aerial and independant telephone socket
- High speed (x80) ADSL Internet available:banana:
- Pleasant views of outside:shake:, palms/ferns/bark gardens

Stainless steel kitchen. We also have a BBQ on our sunny decks. Spa for after those long rides and plenty of parking.

Cost: $140 p/w plus power (and share of ADSL if used)

Available from this weekend. Looking for someone who is clean and tidy. We are relatively quiet people (Don't mind guests around but not into partying 24/7 :bleh:)

Room for a car off the road (out the front of the house) and also a bike (or 2) and there is also parking on the road outside the property but its down a quiet side street.
