how can some people do it and not others?
I'm sure this thread might get that taken away now, but I cannot put html in my sig, the box at the bottom says that html is off (aside from url links), so why can some people still put html in their sigs?

I had trouble adding images to my sig too.
In the end I made it an animated gif and it worked eventually. But came up with an error about 10 times before it accepted it.
With the jpeg I was trying to add I was complying with the size rules etc, but it said 150bytes max image size....WTF, thats impossible.

And, on the subject of signatures, could I please exhort people to exercise some common sense. I have difficulties with the likes of Cowpoos, where the signature takes up half a screen of real estate (no comment made on content); and WINJA, where I have difficulties with images of a sex toy flashing prominently (NWS, surely to goodness).

I respect people's desires to offend, but could they please find less offensive ways of doing this?

doesn't matter what format the image is in, I cannot display html in my sig. period. text and urls only.

the html has been turned off most, so you can't put a pic in. for some reason, only a few people can (have a feeling this thread is about to ruin that). May be we should do a poll to see if everyone wants it off or not?

but poos, you're the one saying how slow your connection is, and yet you've got the longest sig!!

Like that, is it? So he wants others to share how to put HTML in their sigs, but he wont share how to reply with short answers.

I know how to use html.. that's why I can do short answers. What I'm asking, is why are some people allowed to put html in their sigs, and others are not.
