Has anyone dealt with these guys before?

Their site seems very professional and they look genuine.

I placed an order a week ago, to which they said that they'd contact me in regards to finalising shipping and organising payment.

I've still heard nothing from them despite sending two emails.

The prices were good so I want to buy from them, but I may give up on them soon.

I haven't heard of them before. If they have a contact number, I would suggest phoning them.

I tried emailing them asking about some info on one some of their products and they never replied to me so I went somewhere else.

What goodies you buyin Toast?

i used them to get my leathers, boots and helmet :D

they are all good.

only problem is you need a bank transfer of the cash.. no credit.

so a $25 odd dollar fee applies at your bank!..

saved me alot more than 25 getting gear thru them then here so i put on my care face for that one.

Hmm, ok *sic, interesting. So far the bastards just seem to be completely ignoring me. I'll give them a call tomorrow morning.

I'm just wanting some new pegs and some braided lines with pads (US$101 for Galfer dual front lines, and 'black' pads for each disc).

Was gonna buy an exhaust too, but then found one along with a PC3 on trademe from a good dude down in Napier. Got it today. Hopefully putting it on in the weekend :niceone:

I am having a similar problem with some parts I ordered from Coyote,it takes a week for them to answer emails, they have sent no confirmation of shipping, but the money has been withdrawn from my bank. The only contact I have recieved is ''Have you got them yet?''.Bloody hopeless, and if by some fluke I recieve my parts,I certainly won't use them again.Don't be fooled by a flash website....

They have a big site. When I was buying gear regularly I was checking them all the time. I would be very surprised to hear they weren't kosher.

Most of the US bike gear "megamarts" work hard at being better than their opposition. We, however, are at the end of the earth as far as they are concerned. These days with all the International Internet biker groups though, they really can't afford to be lax, the word will get around.

Good luck, and I'd like to hear about your eventual outcome.

Well, I finally got an email from them this morning with the shipping options in it. One of the items wasn't in stock, so I decided to give them a call. That sorted things out pretty quickly, with them changing the colour of the item.

The phone service was really pretty good. So, I guess the moral is to spend that 24 cents of calling card time and just ring them.
