Strangely, a DR250 (Or similar) used to park across the road from my work with a Victoria plate.
What it was doing on Willis St, Wellington, I have no idea.
It had lights and such like. It was yellow and always nice and clean, which is why I took note of it.

I've heard all dirt bikes need to registered in the land of Aus, to dirt ride in any off there public parks.
Maybe this site will give up some answers

If it is a public road or place - has to be registered.
private property or track - doesn't have to be.

If you are interested in touring/travelling in Oz <a href=http://www.nowwhereroute.com/travelmate/SmartTrip/SearchPage.aspx?UserType=Guest&SessionId=>TravelMate:</A> is sensational.
The AA Travel site is crap.

Hey DDW. I'm sure I can find out some bits of information from my Uncle when we hear from him next. My little second cousin is being trained up on the dirt bike and even taking on the little boys her age. Course she gets creamed, but shes extremely keen. Im sure they'd have some idea as to what good tracks are there etc etc.
