Im after an original DVD. Its called "Sniper", was released in 1993 and starred Tom Berringer. I can get it in from the states, but that is looking to cost me mega moola, plus its not in the right region for my old, decrepid DVD player.

Has anyone got this classic or knows of anyone and is willing to part with it?

Sniper - contact "Real Groovy Records" they are based in Upper Queen Street, Auckland and also in Wellington...

They have a website... they have heaps of dvd's old and new ones...as well as music stuff. They are also able to get in stuff at a cheaper rate as well....

Good luck in finding this dvd.

Thanks guys, I didn't know they did DVD's. I'll look them up.

A couple of other companies were going to charge mega bucks to get it to me and it just wasn't worth it.

F5 Dave - you have found him 3 dvd's to watch...
That should keep him quiet for at least a day when he gets them all at once...

I can see his fingers twitching as he was perusing the link.... his wallet is out and the credit card is now overdrawn to the max....

The first one is quite good, but I have a bit of a rule about sequels esp if it looks like the original cast isn’t present.

They also do books, I have some rare to NZ Calvin & Hobbes on order for a surprise for the wife. Maybe I might have to read them first, just to um, make sure the content is suitable for an impressionable young woman:lol:

Don't have time to read whats been posted -

Awesome movie. I believe there was also a part 2 and 3, etc.

Doesn't you local video store have a copy? Get one and rip it. Or get it off the net.

Your kidding me!!
The movie where the guy Berringer plays adjusts his scope for a shot at no more than 500 yards.
Would of made a good Tui add.:msn-wink:

Is 'holding the zero' the one in Iraq? That's pretty good. Can't remember if I've read 'at close quarters'.
