WTD: Project bike

Ok looking for a project bike...

Looking for a sprtsbike to rebuild.

Best option would be to buy back a written off bike so it may seem harsh but my best bet is to try find someone who has crashed thier bike and buy it off them (through the insurance company or whatever)

Willing to put in the wrench time and stuff so if anyone has something of interest please Post or PM me. Cheers

Have you tried looking at getting one from a wrecker... or called up some insurance co's and see where they auction off the wrecks they get...

just how cheap are you looking? and what size/type of bike? My fzr400 could be for sale....its definitely a project!!

preferably a 250 or a 600.

And preferably somewhere in my part of the country.

Most buy backs from insurace places are like $500 to $800...
