I have a pass out for Sunday.

Can I come too, if I promise to play nice?

On 90 demerits I don't have much of a choice :argh:

Where are you thinking of going? And how long do you want the ride to be?

I wouldn't mind sneaking along too.

Sounds like a plan to me, can I join in?

Where are you thinking of heading off to?

Where one goes is dependant on . . . .

which people have full day passes or only half day passes???

which people have full day passes...

That'd be me!

I might sneak along too, though depends on the weather. Sunday's looking better than Saturday from the forecast (though they're bound to cock it up again!!)

Hmmm. I have a half-day pass for Sunday. Too many things to do around the house now (especially as I'm now back at home!)

I guess I can spin it out until about 1.00pm

Up to you guys though. I'd hate to dictate what club250 does (especially as I ride a 750!)

Thanks for asking. The hand is good, all better...well my pinky is a little bent but we're working on that.

If I had my choice it would be more riding less studying but if I wanna be a career woman when I grow up I guess I had better get my head down and into my books...then of course eventually I'll be able to afford a BIGGER bike and I'll have to go out riding for mental health! :2thumbsup

Hi there everyone. Nice to see you all this morning, and especially to meet those of you who I hadn't yet met.

I look forward to reading about the ride when someone posts about it.

I was telling someone (was it Jim2??) about a website where there's a webcam at Gladstone (in the Wairarapa), so you can see the current weather.

Here is the site:

http://homepages.paradise.net.nz/jmalkin/gladstoneweather.htm

It sometimes seems that the webcam isn't working, but sometimes it does.

That's in one of my ride reports :)

I use it all the time.

Nice to meet you and Hamish at last! (Funny how she doesn't remember raving about Nobby's Guzzi, and slagging my old CBR 600 off :))

I thought of catching up with you guys today, but my bed was feeling too good this morning and I stayed in it well past the time Lynda gets up. By the time I got my daughter delivered to where she wanted to go it was time to watch the V8s on TV. I had a quick look on here between the 2nd and third races and again now. Catch you sometime but it won't be the next ride as I'm taking my WR up to the East Coast next week.

Sorry I didn't get to meet up with y'all. Am STILL under the weather from a big session on Friday night (my first in a l o n g time) and I didn't want to embarass myself with some stupid incident in front of a whole lotta people I don't know yet. Besides, up here the weather looked pretty second hand and there was racing to be watched on the tube.

Let's hope the weather is better in Spain tonight for the GP

... up here the weather looked pretty second hand ...

Weather in the Wairarapa was fantastic, sunny and blue skies.

Pretty good turnout really as the weather looked grim from Wellington in the morning.

Where was Darren?

Mother in Law had already informed me about the lovely weather before I got to you guys. It was good I did stay home because I got paged twice.

Oh well - next one!

Umm..... There don't seem to be a hell of a lot of 250s there.

bungbung

I think there were three 250's and about eleven bigger bikes. Pissy weather outlook a bit off-putting for learners perhaps.
