Good sports story.
after completely losing his action against the aussies he claimed

>> KD Mills 18-7-43-4

to put the black caps on top against the fluffy pink flowers last night.

Thats what they say - all fighters get knocked down - champions get back up.

Good to hear. He's my favourite guy in the team. Most probably cause I was friends with him at Macleans College.

Yuh - I've gone to the soccer. too painful.

Mind you - it's a while since I've seen a ball swing like that.

how long can a team keep hamish marshall in there for?
is his average over the last year even in positives?

I did - went back to the cricket after the first half of football - Big jacob had a wee tear when he got his ton.

Yeah he's too good to drop, I don't think either him or fulton should be opening. But if you dropped either of them down the order and bought in say how or papps then who would you drop further to make room? Bit of a hard one. Good situation to be in though.

Isnt Sinclair an opener... been doing well lately?... drop marshall and bring him in.
oh wait... he's going overseas coz he doesnt get on well with the selectors...

Nada. Nix. Zero. Nil. None whatsoever. No way Jose. Snowball in hell.

Pray for rain and move on to the second test...

Huh? 70+ runs for the last wicket? Don't think so. Shouldn't be more than 240. Odds are against us but you never know, just to prove those cyincs wrong if for anything else, aye hitcher :2guns:

Once in a test match was asking a lot. If he scores a ton in his second knock I'll undertake to do something suitably ridiculous.

Hey everyone! - Hitcher is going to ride a pit bike.

I feel for you - really i do. 5 and a half great years here i have to barrack for the MIB (except when green and gold involved.)

Perhaps you could share my joy.

JN Gillespie 102* 296 17 0

I had 5 days facial growth up so i just showered, shaved and re-installed the padlock in homage. If he still had the mullet right now I'd consider that too. (not really but...you know.)

Dizzy you legend!

Actually when I said 300 to win earlier it was a freudian slip - I meant it's 300 to 1 that they'll win.

JN Gillespie (rhb) 186 407 24 2

Wonderful batting from Gillespie, who has now become the highest scorer for Australia against Bangladesh. He is also the highest scorer as a nightwatchman. All kinds of records being broken. Please join us after the lunch break at 6:40 GMT

Sure having the minows is a good idea - sure it doesn't cheapen test records - sure.

Go Diz!

Yeah just like hayden's 380 against zimbabwe. Pity lara isn't able to be a nightwatchman :blip:

I can accept poor performance sometimes but these guy's are consistently poor performers and they get so bloody precious at contract renegotiation time!
They are over rated, over paid and over there, "REPRESENTING NZ"!
Do they stack up? In my opinion "NO"! Always full of excuses.:dodge:
I hope they reflect their performance in the next contract/salary round! and no I'm not being disloyal, they are!
Just lucky they weren't playing Bangladesh, isn't it! :shit: Rant over, disappointed "again", John.

our team is a joke... and like you said... oz's lower order score more runs individually than our top order :(
