Saturday May 15th Levels Raceway Timaru wet or fine.

Your chance to ride what I think is the best riders track in the country.

7.45am Gates Open
8.00am Scrutineering of gear and bikes
9.30am track open

I didn't get a cost but normally $45-50 and this gets you a lot of track time
normal procedure is three groups A,B,C

A is fast and passing anywhere
B is medium passing on straights and outside of corners
C is slow, passing on straights only

you can change groups during the day and Euan Cameron will be there to take photo's if requested

Good skills!

Two weeks just aint quite enough notice for me though, I'll be looking for some South Island action towards the end of June.

Can you ride or do you have to race on those days. If I can get a race bike I'd be keen for a look at least once.

Those days are race days for all classes,I might be able to lend you a bucket to race:D if its wet we give a few of the bigger bikes a hammering.

Otherwise there's always clubmans and they've run a social class for unlicensed riders, but I don't know if they are this year.

No mention of a Ruapuna have a go day in the lateest news letter,I don't think the next one is for a few months, make the trip to Timaru,I can probably organise transport for your bike if you don't want to ride it down

I've raced Levels before, will it be the full circuit? Turned up there once and they didn't have enough flaggies and we had to run the short circuit! Gutted !!
