Wanted Cheap Learners Bike

Hi Guys, I'm looking for a cheap bike to learn properly on. Anything considered, but pref 150cc or less. Can be abit ugly but not too ugly. The cheaper the better. Wof and Reg is pref. Also Wellington to Palmerston North is really where it needs to be unless you can drop it off :)

Its in welly and its cheap, new wof and rego, under 150cc but im not so sure about the ugly thing tho.
