hi, one of my mates i ride with needs new tyres. wondering if any kb's know where to get some decent priced tyres.
the measurements are
front: 110/70 -17
back: 130/70 -17

you have a choice of about 5 shops down manchester st dont you?
start from one end and work your way down lol

yeah, there are and i know that. i was just asking the kb family where to good a good deal for them, seen all of us on here use them and they might know of another place rather than just down manchester street:Oi:

Cycletrends, or try the place on Ferry Road (who's name I can't remember atm), they are sometimes cheaper on price, but only if you convince them to do free fitting.

You can't beat Kerry at Motohaus. Just get one of your mates to distract him out the back and just help yourself. They're right by the front door.

Street n sport offered me a new front for 250 fitted n balanced.

he didnt go into details about the model of tyre etc, i'd probably steer clear anyway unless your on a REALLY tight budget -_-

I get my Bridgestones BT014's from "Firestone Direct", they undercut all the local guys by at least $40 per tyre.

Tell ya mate to go for a ride up to Auckland and buy some round black things from cycletreads the lads in there will make his trip worth it.
