could just have another 4 days off, and still not be ready for work..
or is it just me?

I have. Then another one to tide me through to Anzac Day. Now, if only the weather would improve, and Mrs Ixion concurrently misplace her "little list" .....

Personally I quite enjoy Mondays, they go quickly. It's Tuesdays which annoy me cause they're so slow

Ha, beat sitting in office looking at KB when big boss walks in, to stare at computer screen... Snapped... Still can't be bothered though...
Proceeds to ask me if I am happy in my job. Can hardly say "no but I have to stay until my houses are sold, then eat my resignation..."

Damn I hate waiting!!

Yep work is more gay than usual........... sick of putting up with arsewipe customers who have decided to see me as the face of all telecoms evil ways.

I certainly cant be arsed doing much work today, it seems like most of the office have taken this week off anyway, its noticeably quiet on the email/phone front.

Weathers absolute shit today anyway, may as well be working...

kickingzebra
18th April 2006, 13:45
surely you mean at work as opposed to working...

I have the luxury (if you call it that) of doing the "remote-working" thing - so technically I am at work :)

I have forward thinking bosses, it somehow makes more sense for them to pay assloads for an office for me to sit in and waste time on a computer, than it does for me not to spend the fuel money getting here, not to congest the city, and pollute the air, and not to work anywhere near as efficiently as I could if I could do the work in my time...

Oh well, can't win them all... mmm beer

pffft. I hate getting out of bed to go to work. And then I get sick of being at work. The walk home sucks unless there's eye candy to look at. But if I made millions and quite work I'd get bored to tears and end up finding a job just for something to do dammit.

I sense a hopelessness and pervading sense of loss. May I suggest a suicide cult/pact?
Its easy, you all deposit all of your money in my bank accounts, then commit suicide in whatever fashion takes your fancy (spectacular wheelie flip at 200 kmph should do it)
In the interests of openness, I will use the money for therapy, so I can learn to be happy, and then toys, so I can be happier still, no ones death will have been in vain....

(this is a joke, I will take your money, but please, no committing of the suicides)

Blairos
18th April 2006, 15:36

Sounds like the right thing to do really!

bugjuice

if we commit suicide, then we won't be able to ride
I'd rather be out on the tarmac, than looking at which colleague to attack.

I'm out of court - YAY!!! ... AND I didn't get arrested (again). Some people are fucked in the head and need a good beating (with predjudice).
