I missed this one (check the date)
And about bloody time - as a 15% minority group us left handers have been discriminated against for far too long.Finaly a bike manufacturer has taken notice of us and built a bike especially for left handers.I'd buy one tomorrow....but I'd never have a green bike.

God didn't discriminate against you. He put your willy in the middle.

How left handed - clutch and break swapped? You wouldn't want to get those mixed up................. Wouldn't be too hard to do yourself if your right hands that much weaker than your left.

most of the fine motor control required to ride a motor bike is on the left is it not? The indimatcators and horn being most difficult for us right handers. I reckon it would be weird riding backwards/

They've done everything, hand controls, foot controls, even the exhaust comes out the otherside, all the threads are lefthanded - they have put a shit load of attention into the details.

Yes but they forgot about resale value.

Yeah, it narrows down the resale market doesnt it? Its no good to the other 85%. Good novelty though.

I suppose next you'll be wanting a left handed screw driver.

Don't see the resale value going down, they'll always be in demand - like a left hand guitar.
I'm sure if you went and saw these guys they could so something for you OAB....you might just find your lost arm back....at the risk of losing the other one.Oh well, can't have it all your own way.

Well really, I don't think left hand right hand is a big deal. It's just whatever you are used to. Just like driving a left or right hand car. Who's right? The yanks drive on the left hand side of their car... we drive on the right.
I'm a lefty, but I use my right hand on the mouse way better than I can use my left. It's just a matter of what you learnt with.
The problem with making a left hand bike, is that someone starting out will get used to it, and then it would be a bitch to change to a normal righthand bike. It's harder to reprogramme than it is to learn in the first place I think.

So then you have a captured market, the rider now has to trade up to another sinister bike...win/win as far as I can see.
