Having meeting with ex and Lawyers at 2pm this arvo to sort out Financial Settlement and Parenting Agreement which ex continues to ignore in part.

I am approaching on basis of what ex needs and hoping to keep the focus on Natalie and what we both need to look after her ie both have a home, and if she accepts she will end up with $425,000 cash and I keep house and no cash.....yeah she would be silly not to accept but my ex is not in a good space right now which I understand but Natalie needs to come first.

Otherwise, it will end up in Court next year, Law is in my favour and I am offering her more than she is legally entitled to and money would be better used for Nats.

Anyway, bring it on I say.

I am only too well aware of that....to be fair Natalie's disability has hit ex hard but life has to go on.......this is why I am gonna go in with with what we both need and what ex needs to buy a house......a more positive approach, like holding a hand out to help which make give her some positives.

Yeah..have stuck to me guns since June....trubs is it builds up ex's resentment despite fact it was her decision/affair and whilst it is weary....I have not waivered.

Break good idea....already have mind set to keep things to point as I called meeting and if she says "No" and I can see hat she will not budge then I will just close meeting for reflection but a coffee break sounds cool idea..cheers matey.
