Where to buy bar end weights [Archive]

Hi All, does anyone know where I can get some nice looking bar end weights. I am hoping to get some that are about 270-300 grams.
Below is a pic of some that I can get through Motivation USA (www.motovationusa.com) but was hoping to get some in NZ. Most of the ones I have seen here have looked pretty crappy though. Any suggestions??
