One of our mates has moved out, so we need someone to fill the gap! room isnt huge, but not tiny either. We can be a bit loose (typical students), so need someone that is the same, or doesnt mind living with people like that...

UPDATE: Extremely desperate for a flatmate, even if its temporary until we find someone permanent as we are only just getting by at the moment. Made the mistake of letting a flatmate move out without finding a replacement as one of the other flatmates' g/f was going to be moving in - however that 'fell through'. This is a geneuine cry for help, so if anyone knows anyone that is after a place (the house is very nice, and we're pretty easygoing people), please send them this way! </plead>

Goat & Dog - fenced off back yard (goat can double as lawnmower & dog as security)
Bikes - Garage (Keeping a minimum distance of 1m from my own - bloody hondas :nya: )
4x4 - Park it next to the garage (or on the roof, it is 'all terrain' afterall...)
Sanity - Whats that?

Man you got some crazy requirements there lol... would certainly make the place more interesting...

To anyone that is thinking about it: we have plenty of room in the garage for more bikes, and room for a skinny car to park next to the garage - I need a bikie flatmate!

Not studying isn't that what makes you a typical student anyway

Mmmmm, tempted as I'm living in a hostel in UH.

But I haven't been a student in 20 years. Forgot how to be one!

You haven;t posted the costs mate. That may help someone make their mind up.

Rent is $95 p/week.
If you want to use the net (we have xtra broadband, 10gig p/month), the total costs minus power/gas & food is roughly $107 p/week (which is rent, whiteware rent, phone & net - take off $4 if no net usage). We usually shop all together as it works out cheaper, but if you want to buy your own food thats fine. Power & gas bills tend to vary, last one worked out to be $54 each (between 4 of us). Gas hot water (never runs out), gas elements. The whiteware we rent is an extra fridge (because it only cost an extra $1 a week, and turned out to be useful as the one in the house is quite small), washing machine & dryer.

Unfortunantly I cant get any pics as I dont have access to a cam, so i'm hoping my winning charm will get people interested...
