Well, ive finally done it, im now going to post on the forum:first: After a chinwag on the KB chatroom ive decided to introduce myself.
Ive been a member since July last year, and since ive moved up to auckland and live in a 2X2 metre room i read the KB forums daily. But since i didnt have a bike, i didnt see the reason in posting.
I am saving up to buy a bike, being a student im a _little_ poor. I'm hoping by june i can have my learners:scooter:
I am currently studying Computer Science at Auckland university, hoping to go onto robotics or something along those lines.
Anyway enough about me. I'm looking forward to getting to know you all.

I cant decide. I would prefer a sports bike, although there are some nice cruisers, i suppose a gn250 would be a good start off bike, cheap and reliable.
I'm open to any suggestions :blip:

Y'just made as good a suggestion as you'll get. If you're on a tight budget and want transport not penile assurance, a GN250 is hard to go past. Though having said that a couple of lads picked up two rather nice 125cc machines (GP125 two smoker and GS125 4 stroke) for under $1000 apiece just the other day. Those 125s can be a barrel of fun, and put oily rags to shame .
